Important notice: Software updates for ESTA Control and Pro PCs

Affected devices:

• ESTA Control PC (Shuttle DL30N)

• ESTA Pro PC (serial numbers from DK2024-0001 onwards)

Problem:

Devices of these series must not be updated with ShootMaster software prior to version 5.3.1 because:

• The devices are not correctly recognized by the older software versions (5.2 and 5.3).

• An update can cause the device to no longer boot correctly.

Solution:

• Check software version: If you are using a version older than 5.3.1, please update to ShootMaster software version 5.3.1 (Patch 1).

• Update availability: Version 5.3.1 will be provided in the Meyton Download Portal (login required).

Device identification:

The serial or model number can be found on the back of the device (see example images on the right).
