ATTENTION!
Do not update devices!

Affected Devices:

• ESTA Control PC (Shuttle DL30N)

• ESTA Pro PC (serial numbers DK2024-0001 and later)

 

Problem:

Devices in this series must not be updated with ShootMaster software prior to version 5.3.1 because:

• The devices are not correctly recognized by older software versions (5.2 and 5.3).

• An update may cause the device to no longer boot correctly.

 

Solution:

• Check software version:
  If you are using a version older than 5.3.1, please update to ShootMaster software version 5.3.1 (Patch 1).

• Update availability:
  Version 5.3.1 is available on the Meyton Download Portal (login required).

 

Device identification:

The serial or model number can be found on the back of the device (see sample images on the right).
