First Look: November-Release
In the upcoming software release in November, a real highlight awaits you on our new system platform: the first release of the fully overhauled Prize Shooting (Preisschießen) module. With this update, we are bringing one of the most popular competition formats into a modern, intuitive framework.

1. Overview & Competition Management
With the new module, managing competitions, shooters, and targets becomes even more efficient and streamlined. The modern user interface enables quick configuration of all details directly within the Watchtower interface.
2. Flexible Shooter Groups & Allocations
Structure your competitions exactly the way you need them. You can flexibly create and manage shooter groups and filter them by exercises or entry fees.
Detailed Cost Structure: Set up entry fees, base buy-ins (Einlagen), re-buy prices (Nachkaufpreise), and re-buy limits (Nachkauflimits) individually for each exercise (e.g., 10m Air Rifle, 10m Air Pistol).
Toggleable Views: Seamlessly switch between the By Shooter Groups view and the By Exercises view in the UI to maintain full control over all linkages at all times.
3. Shooter & Team Management
Keep track of registered athletes, assigned lanes, and team standings at all times. Creating and assigning teams takes just a few clicks.
Live Athlete Overview: Transparent table displaying master data, assigned group, lane, exercise, current account balance, and live exercise status (In Progress, Finished, Scheduled).
Team Management: Quick setup and assignment of teams, including short names, with only a few clicks.
4. Core Evaluation Modes in the Initial Release
For maximum versatility, the following core evaluation modes will be available upon the November release*: *Planned for release. Evaluation modes will be continuously expanded.
🎯 Center Distance Evaluation (Teilerwertung): Precise evaluation based on the best center-shot offset (Teiler).
📊 Series Evaluation (Serienwertung): Classic evaluation by ring values or series scores.
➕ Summation (Summation): Cumulative recording of ring results across multiple relays.
🎯 Target-Value Evaluation (Vorgabewertung): Evaluation based on a predefined target value or benchmark.
🙈 Covered Shooting (Verdecktes Schießen): Evaluation mode for hidden targets / concealed match progress.
5. Creation of Ranking Groups and Leaderboards
Effortlessly create custom ranking groups and define detailed criteria for result output as well as assigned non-cash and cash prizes.
Ranking Groups: Structure evaluation categories (e.g., Seniors, Juniors) and automatically generate standard leaderboards as needed.
Fine-Tuning: Define individual or team evaluations, the number of shots to be scored, and tie-breaking secondary scores (Deckergebnisse).
Result Display & Prizes: Retrieve completed leaderboards directly and allocate predefined cash or non-cash prizes to placements (e.g., 1st Place, 2nd Place, 3rd Place).
